Without a doubt the very best automotive garage ever! They actually make time for you if you have an emergency. What a concept! The staff is super friendly while being very professional. It is definitely a no nonsense business which is comforting especially for single women. I never worry about them selling me something I do not need. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

Not even sure why Im giving 2 stars. Brought the car in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, etc - gave it back with a wheel bearing problem. I drove it and didnt bring it back because i fugured it was something that would self adjust, being that I didnt have a wheel bearing problem going in - someone fkd up my wheel and I had to do follow up repairs with another shop. Fair warning

Maintenance of a vehicle don't always cheaper. Founding all the solutions for your vehicle seen impossible. Just remember mechanics are not perfect be in control of your vehicle maintenance schedule. If your vehicle come to a point you did not like change for another one but be happy. I purchase a old Buick to my daughter and come with problems seen first day. I feel like building a new car. She did not wanna my Toyota RAV-4 good maintenance all the way for 12 years so far not have to fix anything. I look the new one eco fuel saving efeccience.

We're having engine problems the week we arrived. The VW dealer couldn't fit us in anytime reasonable. Precision auto was recommended to us and the service was beyond wonderful. John kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. John's staff was diligent in testing our car to make sure the issue was resolved. We were very happy with Precision auto and would use them again in the future, if necessary.

Robbery with me! I went there with my BMW 530i, 2007 model with issue of oil pan gascade leak on Friday. I actually told them that I am suspecting that it has oil pan Gascade leak. They kept it over the weakend and today there told me its an oil pan gascade leak and charged me 157 dollar for diagnostic. I paid them without any question but still asking myself that why I went there, when the problem is known to me. Honestly only benefit is they give you a warm welcome and charge you bizarre.
The also said they will charge $2200 for gascade change including labor $1300. "oh my god"! Worst place I ever seen in my life. Strictly recommended people to not go there. This garage people need to understand value of money. People are dying here due to COVID disaster but how they are robbing customers.

This is the easiest review I've ever had to write! From start to finish this was one of the best vehicle service experiences I've ever had. We had the battery replaced on our Audi Q7, and for anyone that owns one they know this is no simple job. The battery is under the driver's seat! What?! Additionally, the job requires the battery to be coded to the vehicle using a special programmer. I called several shops all around town and Precision was the only one up to the challenge.
If you need your high end import, or any vehicle for that matter, serviced I have zero hesitation endorsing this business! Not only did they finish the job on time with a very fair price (much cheaper than the dealership) they also cleaned the car inside and out and delivered it to my house 25 minutes away. The service advisors and everyone else I interacted with were nothing but nice and straightforward with any questions. I'll definitely be sending all of my vehicles here in the future.
