Carlos Gutierrez was there for me every step of the way! I couldn't be more happy with the service provided and the salesman's knowledge of the cars themselves. I drove to Honda Shreveport with a old vehicle and left with a 2022 Honda Civic Sport that I could not be more happy with. Carlos Gutierrez was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful and I could not be happier. We got a GMC Acadia 2 weeks ago and was having problems with it so our salesman put us in this 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. Chase Turner went above and beyond for my family and I. My salesman was Stephen Bryan and he was with me every step of the process. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was getting worked on at the local Ford dealership and he went out of his way to contact the dealership so that he could drive us up to see it. We had to bring our car in for some maintenance work. We made and appointment to come in. Upon arrival the girl who help check me in was very pleasant and helpful. I had to wait to get my car fix so I sat inside and they always have coffee, drinks, and snacks, also have tv to watch. So, if you need your car worked on ask for Dallas the service advisor and he will help you out. Sure miss Shane Miears a Salesperson who left. Highly recommend this place.
