Clyde provided us excellent service by being friendly, informative, and suggesting options. The shop could not duplicate our error, so we just paid the diagnostic fee. Sadly, the person I communicated with about having a duplicate key made seemed offended when I inquired about supplying the materials (a blank key and remote module) so that we could just pay for programming. We are a family of six and need to do all we can to save. Not at all sure why that inquiry was treated as inappropriate. All in all, a good experience.

I had a really good experience here. I brought my Volvo C30 in for scheduled maintenance which cost about half of my previous trip to the dealer. They found a very dangerous problem that they repaired for a reasonable price. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

If you own a Volvo, skip the dealerships or any other repair shops. From the top down they are the best in Maryland. My engine locked and I thought i would be covered under a warranty but was not. Towed it in to Scandinavian and they brought it back to life without it needing a new engine. They explain everything and never try to pressure sell you like service agents do. They give you great prices on parts and their expert technicians are outstanding. Its been 4 months and no issues and I plan on taking the vehicle back to get the timing belt done!
