Great first time experience! Just needed inspection on this visit but they did offer suggestions for other services that may or may not be due depending on service records from the previous owner, a relative. No pressure at all, but they said after I check the records, if there's anything that needs to be done, just bring the car back. If I find out the car does need any other maintenance at this time, I would be confident in bringing the car back to Colonial for the service.

There was no work done. I brought the car over to have the headlights evaluated for the possible replacement. I was told they did not meet the criteria for replacement. I was there about 1 hour (just like I was told). I was then told that my rear brakes would need replacement. How did that come up when I brought the car in for the headlights? I know the answer will be they wanted to check my car and make sure it is safe to drive but I feel this is a gimmicky approach and really turns me off

Wow definitely can't buy any Nissan from another dealer. I've never meet a good person in their profession so far. Other car dealers so far have been trying to get me to pay the most I can pay or even if I can't afford it just brush it off because it's not their money. Bryan Armstrong is the best and really did everything he could to help me out and inform me.

Sergei was great, very personable and understood my financial needs, as well as my vehicle needs. Just as important, we were able to get my deal done and me out of the dealership in about 2 hours, which in the past has taken 6 hours+ Very good experience.

Even though I was stressed and concerned about my vehicle they promptly fixed it and easily provided me transportation for work and getting my son around until my car was ready!
