I was able to get the same day appointment. When I arrived at the service center, The Captain took my keys and walked me to the front desk. Mac checked me in and he had Bruce drove me home. Originally I was planning to just wait there in the lobby. An hour and a half before my car was due to be done I got a phone call and they sent Steve to pick me back up and brought me back to the shop. It was Andrew who really made an impression.
He took extra time in helping me get my GPS and clock working. My car was ready an hour and a half for it was supposed to be. The service at Placer Subaru is impeccable. This is just a second time here in the last 3 years as I don't live in Helena, Montana I'm just passing through.

The service department is exceptional! Matt explained everything in detail and given the paperwork so we don't forget about what needs to do be done in the future. We will also have our truck serviced here.
