Corvettes North was founded in the fall of 1970 by current owner, David R. Violette. Beginning in his youth, David's enthusiasm about the mid-sixties muscle cars continued with each purchase, from the 65 Mustang Fastback to the 69 GTO, the 68 SuperBee to his first Corvette: a Marina Blue 66 Roadster with white interior. Next came a like new 64 Coupe 365 HP with air. Eventually, he made the transition from a successful family construction business to one that he truly loved.
