They are very polite and professional. I brought the truck in for a suspension issue. They spent a good amount of time chasing down the diagnosis, and charged minimal labor. We have gone to Kyle with some of the most interesting mechanical issues from hybrids to traditional ICE vehicles. He was always professional and honest. I came to WALKO for my oil change on my 2015 Subaru Cross Trek because I know I can trust them to be honest with me. I have been coming to them since 2002, as well as my daughters and husband who was a mechanic foreman for Plainfield DPW for 45 years. The mechanics and office staff are very kind and helpful always. Any time I may have a question, I know I can call and talk to Kyle or Barney and they will do their best to help me.
