My first visit to service my Volvo 2006 wagon, needed freon. I was greeted and shortly after the Service Manager came out discussed the situation and quickly went about resolving the problem. My first impression is Autowerkes is customer service focused and customer satisfaction their goal. Very pleased and will return for any non dealership issues my Volvo may need

Autowerkes has been servicing my Audi for the past 4 years and I have always been pleased with their service. They were recommended to me by someone who is very particular about his cars so I knew I found a shop that I could trust. They provide excellent customer service so when I just purchased another used vehicle, I immediately took it to them to check it out. They completed the state inspection for me and we discussed a few things that I should do later this summer. It is good to have a local mechanic that you can be comfortable with. I ran over a nail, they were able to pull it out and plug it, saving me from having to buy new tires. Quality service at a fair price. I definitely recommend.
