The air condition in my 2022 Hyundai was blowing hot air when its turned up. The service department told me nothing was wrong with it. I went to Kenner, the manager at this branch. Problem resolved! He knows what customer service is about. He is good for Hyundai and customers.

I leased a car 3 years ago Ramon helped me he was super nice. I recently finance a car And Izzy helped me out she was super sweet and had patience with me I thank her for that. I had some minor issues with my recent purchase but Ken did a wonderful job and solve my issues with no problem. I wouldn't recommend buyers to spend their money here. Salesman are obviously nice because they wanna take ur money. Bought a car and few weeks after the purchase i had to replace the battery from the car. Beware of Michael short guy with beard. If u you dnt read what are u signing he would set u up with fees later on u would not know what they for. High interest rates. Warranty high and when i went to cancel my warranty we signed some papers that he never send so i had to do it myself.
Don't recommend this dealership at all!. After 2 years of driving the car. And the guys giving me the run around but gave me the money back i could say the car is pretty good no problems so far but the paint coming off and replacing the battery everything is great. ( I'll just be more carefull next time for them hidden fees)

Awesome buying experience! I was dreading that I would be there for 4-5 hours like I have before with other dealers but I was in and out in about 2 hours. Dayri O'neil was amazing! From beginning to end she was professional and friendly! The dealership itself has a good atmosphere. Everyone I met was friendly. The whole car buying process was made simple with excellent explanations of everything that was on paper.
The car. A-FREAKING-MAZING! I bought a 2022 Elantra N 6 speed manual. I've always loved Hondas, so going to Hyundai was a surprise to me on the quality, technology, and detail they put into their cars. Thank you Dayri! For City World Hyundai, you have a new Hyundai fan!

My first vehicle purchase was a surreal experience. My son & I went in to get some information as to the procedure for purchasing/leasing a vehicle and by the time we sat down Frances got some info spoke with a manager made some calls then said 'congratulations' you've been approved , I signed some documents and I owned a car that I could jump in and drive, NO DMV hassle either, they took care of that and that's how easy Frances at city world Hyundai made it for me.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous, even when it got to closing, no one was in a hurry. I'm recommending CITY WORLD HYUNDAI and be sure to ask for Frances. thanks a bunch guys you're awesome
