I have tried several times to get in touch with this company. I have a simple safety question about one of their products. I emailed, I called, and tried every department. Always goes to voicemail. I need an answer before I can safely use one of their products. Hopefully you never need to talk to any of them, because follow up after the sale is not their strong point.
