First off scott is the man, he was everywhere, very good to help you feel like your not just a number. he was a great help, the vehicle was right up front ready for a test drive both him and tom showed me the vehicle told me it still needed to be gone through but was free to test drive, my family and i were very impressed, they really delivered! Side note this was Saturday at 4:30. When all said and done we went to leave they were closing my vehicle would not start ( bought from different dealership) scott and tom came to the rescue and helped to get it started hats off to them for going above and beyond for us, very impressed can't stress that enough, thank you so much hope to do business soon.

We can't say enough great stuff about the Bemidji Chrysler Center and its team! We have purchased several new and used vehicles over the past few years. We did a trade in and purchase back in December with Matt. This week we purchased another new truck with outstanding service all around. Matt has called us since we ordered it a few months ago with every update possible on the status of the vehicles build and transportation. Incredibly prompt service and always respectful. They claimed I needed a new CV joint because of vibration. Turns out it was a bad tire with broken belts, cracks and a large bulge. Their fix would have cost $838 and not corrected the real problem. The tire was replaced for about $120. Their mechanic signed an inspection report saying all four tires were good. When I confronted the service manager, he told me they weren't diagnosing anything. And yet they tried to sell me an $838 fix. They are shoddy and untrustworthy.

I have a 2019 charger and had issues with the headlight assembly having a leak and therefore making the whole headlight assembly not work including the blinker. I have bumper to bumper warranty and brought it in and they tried saying it wasn't covered and said I needed to pay $1500 if I wanted it fixed. Not sure if it was cause I am young with a decently nice car or what the issue was but I instead went to a different dodge dealer and they covered everything under warranty instantly with no hassle and were also confused on why they tried charging me.

First time going there, and had to go back 3 times for the same problem with brakes, and squealing noise with brakes, paid way to much money for them not fix the problem. We just had an auto shop fix the problems, which was having to replace brakes and calipers and hubs, for a much cheaper price, they fixed all problems, that this dealership said they fixed all 3 different times. will never go back there.
