Joe came to Peak's Motors, Inc. in 1985 when it was still a new car dealership. He began working in accounting and Finance and Insurance and as the company grew, he became Sales Manager. Joe has worked as General Manager for Peak's Motors, Inc. and Patrick Henry Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Buick since he took over in 1998. In 2002 Joe was selected as the Roanoke District Quality Dealer for Virginia Independent Automobile Dealers Association (VIADA). Since then he has served as President of the Roanoke District for 2003 and 2004.
