Very nice folks. But they have retired and closed the business Dec 25, 2021. Disappointing. They were the best Arctic Fox RV option on the east coast!

My story is a long one on how I ended up buying a truck camper (TC) at Mike Jones Motors/RV. But I'm glad it ended the way it did. I hadn't met Mike until I called him up in early May 2021 to do a build sheet on a 2022 Northern-Lite 10.2 to purchase. And after 6 months, including a few week delay due to supply chain issues, I picked up my unit. I couldn't be happier with the unit and selecting Mike and team to purchase from. Mike was great to work with.

He was always available to take my calls to pester him about when the unit was coming in. When I showed up, Jeremy did the PDI. He was all setup and ready to go. It was like clockwork. Having come from a 5er, I had some familiarity with RV systems. But the PDI was smooth. No rush. I focused on the big items with plans to check the small items when I got home; the things I could fix myself if anything was wrong. Pam did my paperwork, answered all my questions, and there were no inflated pricing due to increased demand in RVs.

After signing a check, Jeremy helped me to load it on the truck before leaving. When I got home and did a full check of all the details on the unit, I only found a burned out light and a finicky solar charge controller button. I'm always nervous dealing with an unknown entity on a large purchase. But it was a painless experience. I highly recommend dealing with Mike, Jeremy and Pam. They have a great rating on Google, and they deserve it.

WE ARE SUPER PLEASED! We can't say enough about what a great group of people to deal with. We purchased an Arctic Fox truck camper from out of state. We did everything on the phone and email. Everything went smoothly, no problems. Super nice, super honest people. Thanks Mike and Pam.

Outstanding, is the only word I can think of to describe the Service and detailed information that Pam gave me. I didn't expect to see so much quality in a Pickup Camper! I had to stop looking because I was being overwhelmed with information. I left for a couple hours and just to get away and to decipher the information given to me. Anyhow I went back and spoke more with Pam regarding the Camper and was overwhelmed again with supportive information.

I live in Wasilla, Alaska and needless to say I never thought I would have to drive almost 5000 miles to find the Camper of choice! An Eagle Cap 1200. It will be in Alaska In short notice. Thanks for the great information and Service. It's a RARE find these days!

What a bargain! Super nice people to deal with and their prices beat any place in the U.S. No outrageous dealer prep and less than $200 transportation fee. AMAZING! They even called to make sure the camper was handling good after the electronic brakes needed adjustmemt.

Huge selection of truck campers! The best prices I've seen on these loaded campers. Helpful, friendly people! We absolutely love our Lance 850 truck camper and can't wait to take it on the road. Thank you Mike, Pam, Jeremy and all the other hard working folks!

We bought our Arctic Fox 25W from Mike Jones Motors & RV in November 2018. Great service. Mike & Pam are great to work with & loved the no pressure sales. Mike is very knowledgeable about The models & if you have a vehicle big enough to tow it. In August 2019 we took it back in for some warranty work & they fixed it in the time they said they would. Would definitely buy from here again versus the big name places that sell campers.

Looking to purchase an Arctic Fox 5th wheel, found Mike Jones RV in Ohio, about 5 hours away, and decided to check them out. We called and set up an appointment. Met Mike and Pam and they explained all the benifits of buying a Northwood product. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with us making our decision. There was no pressure to buy, several days later we decided to fill a build sheet to have quoted. Mike assisted with suggesting certain options-within a couple of days Pam sent the build sheet to us with price.

We were satisfied with price and gave deposit to start process. Took a little over 6 months for unit to arrive. We scheduled an appointment (February) for the PDI. We also had a trade in were treated fair with trade in price. PDI went smoothly and no pressure or time frame, JD even gave us his card with phone number and said call anytime with any questions.

A short time later realized we did not get the tool for the spare tires and the wife wanted to purchase two more spice rack trays I called Mike and in very short time they were delivered to house free of charge-also was able to get a couple of Fox decals for my truck. Highly recommend Mike, Pam, and gang if you are in the market for RV. I do have a couple small warranty issues and will be contacting Mike in the near future and will update

Mike Jones and the entire crew were all extremely pleasant and professional during our camper purchase. They also addressed and promptly fixed a few concerns that I had. Great job! Good people. I highly recommend this RV dealer.

So I flew up from Florida and did not realize that Mike Jones Motors was closed for Memorial Day weekend (clearly posted on website, I just didn't think to check!) I called and spoke with Mike and he and his lovely wife Pamela met us at the RV dealership and answered all of our questions and showed us the models we were interested in and wanted to see for the first time before flying back that same night!

That was extremely generous and kind, and it salvaged our trip after my lack of responsibly coordinating a trip before booking flights/hotel/rental car! Pam was very attentive to my specific requests and did not rush us at all, despite their super-cute grandkids waiting for some grandparent time. These are people that take time out to help you make sure your RV acquirement experience is no pressure and pleasant- I am excited to continue work with them!
