My car was heavily effected by the hail storm that rolled through. My car looked more or less like a golf ball. They had my car for 8 days (had to wait for a new hood to be shipped in) and it looks as good as new. Everyone was super nice and communicated very well during my cars repair, especially, Matt in the body shop.

Horrible service I talked to a sales person over the phone for two days to get information on a car I was interested in. I moved into the final steps went to the bank and got the loan to get the car. Had a date and time set to receive the car and then I got a message telling me the car had been sold! I had the check in hand to buy the car. Then when I confronted the sales manager about it he claims he knew anything about it.
I spoke with my sales rep this morning at 10am to inform him I was getting the money today and would take delivery any day after work but Friday worked best and he said "we will plan for Friday" now the car is sold and they have lost my business

I had a great time here, working with Troy, to upgrade my Wrangler. He was incredibly personable and made what is usually a painful experience bearable. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find it for me. Although it's quite the drive I will absolutely be going back again for my next upgrade!
