Charged well above what warranty promised for work, and did the work without my approval. RIPOFF ARTISTS! Update. I never approved them to work on my vehicle. They now are holding my truck hostage and charging me $25 as well. They are very rude as well.

Did unauthorized work on my vehicle. Overcharged and did not use our extended warranty properly. Highly disappointed by how we were treated especially by a local company we grew up with. I did not expect this from them. Highly disappointed. I will never bring a vehicle to them again or buy one from them.

Received an oil change on my 2021 Silverado with about 6000 miles. Within 4 days most all of the oil bled out on my driveway. Truck was brought back and this was blamed on a faulty oil filter, (doubtful). They claimed to fix the issue but refused to document their poor service.

I'm new in town and one the coldest day this January, my Volvo had a problem that can only be reset if I park it somewhere indoors to warm it up. I tried two other independent shops but they were both busy. I drove by Frenchies and decided to see if they could help. When I came to the service area, Chuck the service advisor asked me what my issue was, after I explained, he told me just to pull the car in and pointed me to the coffee in the waiting area.
He even turned on the heater to help my car thaw faster. After 30 min At every point I was treated like someone who bought a car from them. He (and everyone else that I ran into) treated me as if I bought a car from there. After 30 min my car was warm enough that I could finally reset the warming and be on my way. I'm really grateful for Chuck an others are Frenchies for getting me out of a bind. Thank you guys. Would definitely keep you guys at the top of my list when it is time to pick up a new car.

This business loves ripping people off! 6.5 hours of labor to replace a clock spring and check battery and heater which they didn't do. Had my car for over two weeks, no one called me to update me. Nothing but excuses and lies! Never again will I use this business! You are a disgrace to this community!
