The whole Wacobill's team were great to work with. We live in Indiana and did all of our trailer shopping online and over the phone and they walked us through all of the financing and even delivering the trailer to us. The trailer was everything it was advertised to be and even better in person.

Great experience with my first enclosed trailer! I'm using it for scuba gear. They answered my many questions and many phone calls about trailer brakes, locks, accessories and other finish-out items. This trailer was hard to find when I initially called around to different dealers. But Bailey called me within about a week and had just gotten one in.

This is a family owned business and everyone there is absolutely great to do business with. I bought a 20' enclosed trailer from them. It was a very smooth and organized process. Some of the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I spoke with Bailey on the phone and then in person. She and her family were extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. The office was immaculately clean. I lived in Japan for four years and have been to Singapore, where basically everything is spotless. This place would fit right in in those countries.

I bought a 7x16 Wells Cargo trailer and Mitchell hooked it up to my 2000 Toyota Tundra for me. Since it was my first time buying a trailer, I didn't know a lot about how everything worked despite having done a fair amount of research online. Nothing can substitute for actual experience. Mitchell gave me a walkthrough of it all and explained everything such that I could understand it.

After buying a trailer at another dealer, I was given the run around several times regarding warranty issues. I was told to contact Waco bill, after reaching out I was spoke to and serviced within 24 hours. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. First off let me say I'm sorry for how late I am getting this review posted but what a great place Wacobill's is! Wacobill is an awesome place filled with polite, courteous, and energetic sales persons, if you are looking or ready to buy a trailer this is the right place. They were not pushy and took their time explaining everything to my dad about the different trailers they had to offer! We will definitely return to purchase again and we HIGHLY recommend them!

We shopped online for the 6x12 cargo trailer and found what we needed for a good price. These trailers have become difficult to find, so when I found one I was ready to buy. However, we could not make the trip from southeast Louisiana for a week. I understood when Bill said he could not hold it that long. I checked the following Monday and called to arrange the purchase on Tuesday. We drove 8 hours to get to Terral. We went in, made the transaction, hooked up the trailer, and were back on the road in about 25 minutes. Outstanding service!

All around great as soon as we walked in everybody was more than happy to help us and they were able to answer every question we asked. It was fast easy and painless I would highly recommend it.

If you need a closed trailer, this is the place to go. Plenty to choose from and worth the drive to Terrell TX. Drove out from Little Elm TX and just picked up a new 14 ft Tandem Axel Cargo Trailer and couldn't be happier. Well made trailer all the way around. Great people, Great Service, Great Selection and the process to help me to find what I needed.

In and out in a short time and I even financed my trailer. They walked me through the steps of hooking up the trailer(do's and don't), and also walked me through all the key info/points on the trailer, checked all lights and brakes before I headed out.
