I was a good customer. This was my 5th car I bought. A lemon. come to find out the car was burning oil. Took it to the shop. Called them for help they said they cant help me and blamed me for the car. They came picked it up I had no way to work had to call into work. I work in Tyler. i have 9 miles to town. They left me high and dry at my house and refuse to give me my last payment 1 month ahead back. Never again. Ever

The personnel at Poe Motors was attentive, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Tyler was an awesome salesperson, very familiar with the vehicle we were interested in, very helpful with the process of applying for financing. Kim and Kaycee were professional, timely and courteous with the final signing and purchase process. We love our new SUV and we loved working with this company all the way around!

I have never experienced a more professional and great customer service car lot ever. It was fast and east approval. I wasn't there for 10,6 not even 1hour like most car lots. When they offer to let you take the vehicle you're interested in to your own mechanic to look it over before you buy it, DO IT! The car we bought our daughter started falling apart, literally, less then two months after we bought it and see it was assembled with self tapping screws. I'll be taking this car to a collision shop to be looked over thoroughly. Wish I hadn't paid cash for this vehicle. Edit to reply: I would take that into consideration if you hadn't told me the car had all new rims because it was missing a rim when you got it. I'm not willing to believe someone else gave you a car missing a rim but they fixed this part. If you'd like to make it right I'll bring the quote to you from the collision shop.
