Warren and I done most of it on the phone I drove over there signs and papers and took possession the finance guy was very helpful the only thing I did not get a copy of my extended warranty and I really want that also I want a copy of the Carfax if y'all could get that to me or call me I'll come get it I'd appreciate it other than that it was a good experience I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle you guys are awesome thank you

I have to brag on the service department here at Paris Ford. We had a service truck break down 515 miles from home and they jumped on it like we were one of their own. Kudos to Jason & Susan for getting us back on the road!

The service department is a joke. I would give it negative 5 stars. Charged me for a transmission flush only for my transmission to start slipping 30 miles after I left dealership. Had to go buy 6 QUARTS & add myself after paying for the service. Horrible experience I will NEVER let them touch my vehicle again! They offered to fix their mistake but honestly I would rather just not let them touch my vehicle at all.

Went in there with a concern about my old truck, and came out with very good deal on a brand new 2022 F150 Platinum. Even at this times of shortage they managed to sell at MSRP which is impressive. If I could give no stars I would, do not go there for anything. I've tried to be partisan but it's taken several times for them to even figure out what's wrong with my truck. When they have my truck they won't answer my calls been over a two weeks, no call backs no explanation why it's taken so long no help at all. Terrible customer service. Of they'll be really nice to you when your trying to buy something from them but won't answer the phone and take forever for warranty problems
