We didn't rent a car until we got here, we got the recommendation from the front desk about this place. We couldn't recommend this place more already, they are unbelievably nice, their options are great and suitable for anything from a sedan to 4x4's. And the best of all are their prices, without to mention they take you to the airport if you need the shuttle complementary. We are very satisfied

Kihei Rent A Car is super awesome to book through.our experience was outstanding! They kept in contact with me to ensure that their pick up for our group of 9, was current with our flight coming into Maui especially since the airline had made several updates. While waiting for the paperwork to be completed, they also gave our 3 young grandchildren ( 4, and two 3 year old's) tattoos which was not expected and put a smile on their faces.

What really impressed us the most, was at the airport getting ready to head back to the mainland, I locked the car as told to but forget my phone! A quick call to their emergency line which Matt answered and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Matt came sooner than he reported which made enabled us to be able to board our plane (last passengers).I wanted to tip Matt for his time in helping us out and he declined the tip and said that he was just happy that we gave them our business and that we were happy with their service.

The prices are the best on the island and the service was friendly. We had the worst car of their fleet and it was still pretty nice. The car had quite a few scratches and dents which was nice because I knew the company wasn't going to be upset if a random rock hit the car.

We rented a car from them last minute. We were not going to get a car and then decided at the last minute to go ahead and rent a car and we are so glad we did. This company was awesome and had great prices! They picked us up and brought us back to the airport which was super easy. The drivers were both very friendly and nice to talk to. This is really the only place you should rent a car from if you're going to go down the road to Hana. These Nissan Sentras they rent rip through the twists and turns of the mountain like a go-kart with ease. Super fuel efficient too! The staff are really nice and are very helpful! Pro Tip: They have a shuttle that can pick you up from the airport. When you're leaving, you can ask for instructions on how to just leave the car at the airport. Highly recommend!
