Purchase a new vehicle at this location one month ago, after paying everything told one the key was lost. The salesman told me takes 3-4 days to order a new one for me. I waited ONE MONTH for the new not the time frame as he told. (I looked at key order time was a 6/13 means it really only 3-4 days but he waited 3 weeks after). The salesman said he would ship it to me so I assumed the key will be programmed and works but it didn't work.
I will need to go back again to get my new key programmed. So after a Month dealing with them for a key that they lost my problem still unsolved. Good service before you purchase the vehicle but not good after you paid. My advice make sure you will have everything before you paying them.

I purchased a vehicle from the old location a little over a year ago before prices on used vehicles shot through the roof. I've always received great service and a high level of professionalism from the Lexus staff. The new location is absolutely stunning by the way. I highly recommend these folks.
