This is my second experience renting through Sternberg Truck and Van Rental. They have an extremely friendly staff, they take the time to explain everything to you and their vehicles are clean and well kept. This is always a smooth rental process with that piece of mind that you are using dependable vehicles.

I had to ride in the back seats & they are not handicap friendly. I had to get on my knees to even get in the van, I've had both knees replaced. They also rode really rough. Plenty of space though!

Vans are clean we'll maintain staff is great this is the 2nd time I've rented vans for them and had 0 problems they return your deposit at a timely fashion explain everything to the best of the ability so you would know what you're getting into 2 vehicles are easy to drive head 12 passenger Van

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sternberg! The van was clean and as described, the price was reasonable and it was hassle free from rental to return. I really can't say enough nice things and would recommend them to anyone, I look forward to working with them again!

Shelbyville road location. Employee number 105 rented the truck to me. Picked up truck after closing on the 14th because guy was running behind. Said I would not be charge if I dropped off after closing, due to picking up after closing. Dropped off night of the 17th Got charged for all day on the 18th $69.95 Plus $ 21.99 damage waver. Was never told damage waiver was added daily. Other issue the lift gate would not close after loading the truck.
The truck sagged down enough after loading. Had to drive up on a couple of 2x6 boards to raise the truck enough for the lift gate to close. So for 3 days use it cost $500.64. $32 for tolls $87 for damage waiver. Their week rate list for $384.75. I called and spoke with Tim the manager said they only rent in 24hour interval after I explained what employee number 105 said. I will alway warn people not to use their service.
