We have been looking for a specific car for a long time. My wife found one online at Cascade Auto. She made contact with Abraham and he provided information, extra photos and video of the vehicle which convinced us to make the 3 hour drive from Pennsylvania. The vehicle was just as he described and in great condition. It was a very relaxed experience with no pressure to buy. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were able to come to an agreement and purchased the car. I usually dread buying a car but this was possibly the most pleasant car purchase we have made. Thanks Abe.

Great trust worthy dealership to buy a car especially if you are coming from out of town. I live in Tn and flew to Ohio to pickup my car. Abe is a great sales person. He sent me clear videos of all the things I wanted to see on the vehicle that made me comfortable in purchasing states away and walked me through the entire process The price was great and most dealers in today's times have insanely expensive processing fees. Cascade has a very small processing fee and is very transparent about it. Nick in finance is also great he helped me find the best protection for my needs and was very thorough in the process. Can't recommend this dealership enough.

If I could give more stars I would! Bob was such a great person to work with. He was kind, respectful, am knowledgeable. Bought a 2016 Kia and was so pleased with the car buying experience from start to finish. Pete was great to work with as well. There is a reason for all these glowing reviews and I hope uou continue providing top notch service
