I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about Ultimate Auto Sales, but due to my interest in one of their listed BMWs decided to contact them. I called and talked with Alex. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. After about 6 months of looking for a car, I ended up getting a great deal on a BMW, with low Millage, and in excellent condition from Alex. I usually don't write that many reviews, but believe that this company has received some unfair negative reviews, so felt that it was important to share my experience. I highly recommend Ultimate Auto and I will definitely buy from them again.

So thrilled with the service and ease of buying! I was in the market for a cargo van and was searching the area. There was only one van on the lot and thought I should stop to check it out. Low and behold it was the most well maintained, modern van I had looked at that day. What really made me go for it was its condition and price! Exactly what I was aiming for but wasn't sure I'd find. Weeks later it continues to run great but does need some very basic love (oil, maybe tires). The process was quick, and I got an AWESOME loan that the owner connected me to. So grateful I found this dealership! #vanlife

Got a good Chevy work truck here, Had a few small electrical glitches that the dealer was nice enough to pay for within the first week., Tires turned out to be completely dry rotted after having the vehicle inspected after purchase unfortunately., So that's 1000 bucks I lost right there But a very kind and efficient salesman.

Ahmad is very cordial, calm, and professional. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. It was easy to test drive the car we were looking at, and the car ran excellently. He was transparent about the car's history & provided two additional reports to look at. He offered us a great deal on the car we were looking at. UPDATE: Alex just called me and threatened to sue me if I did not take this review down. Think twice about if this is the type of person you would like to do business with. Alex was very rude and made you feel uncomfortable for trying to get a good deal. He quote asked me "if working in finance makes me feel F'd up" and then brushed off my family members by saying they couldnt "afford it". RUDE RUDE RUDE. Look at the other reviews and DONT TRUST THEIR CARS.
