It was very quick and easy transactions with them. (Mr CColins as a manager helped my problem and he solved problem just 5 min. Thank you sir.) They're very helpful all sales reps and managers. This is a hard time to buy a car, and all the prices are elevated. But at Riverhead, I found a fair price for a used car was allowed to put down a deposit while I thought the deal over. When I ultimately decided on another car, Riverhead swiftly returned my deposit. There are some really questionable deals going down these days, but I was treated fairly at Riverhead.

Great service. Very professional and courteous. I was able to lease the truck that I wanted thanks to my salesperson Ali. Well worth the wait. This is the third vehicle I've purchase/leased from Riverhead Toyota and the second one from Ali. It all went very smoothly. I love my Tacoma!

I bought my 2022 4 runner here, at the end of the deal we're getting ready to leave the salesman Charles tried to start the truck with the remote start and after trying many times he said I guess it doesn't have one! We left disappointed because we were told it had one. Called back next day and they said it would cost us $500 to have remote start put in. My husband had to stop by after work and talk them into getting it for free especially after paying a $5000 up charge because of Covid.
So I call the parts department and ordered running boards, they said we can have them in the next day but aren't able to install them for a little over a week. I go to get them installed, an hour and a half passes and someone comes out and says they don't fit, that they're for TRD's, i said that's what I have, he said oh. So now I'm leaving here with no running boards. They didn't work with us at all on the up charge which is ridiculous. Should've bought at a Toyota who cares and knows what they're doing. Not coming back here for anything.
