Since I was 5 years old, I wanted to take things apart and put them back together. I remember begging my mom to let me work on her car and she kept telling me no. Now the roles have reversed a bit, but I do not tell her no though. I always admired the guys at the auto shop that we went to in my home town, they were able to help my mom out when she had a problem with her vehicle.

What intrigued me the most was the customer service it provided and I wanted to be able to do the same when I grew up. I graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in October of 1988 and began working in the industry for an independent automotive chain in Wisconsin.
