This is our second vehicle from Toyota of Vineland. The sales managers Felix, Leo and Steve were amazing and helped make the sales process super easy! Our salesperson Pete Frangakis was also very helpful, especially with explaining everything about the car with us! Our vehicle arrived much sooner than we thought it would and we highly recommend anyone come in Toyota of Vineland and see Pete Frangakis! Great experience all around!

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. My sales guy was okay but customer service, especially from the receptionist, is so bad I wish I never bought from there. All I have is some general questions and the guy is acting like he doesn't have time for me. When I asked to be transferred to someone else (my sales guy wasn't there), he transferred me to my sales guy. I asked to be transferred to someone I can talk to.
They guy thinks he's funny, I think there's something seriously wrong with someone like that. Goes to show you what kind of dealership hires a guy like that. This is actually my second call with this bitter man. The first time he was giving me attitude when I asked general questions before I purchased the car. This man is just bitter to his core. Sad.
