I purchased my Outlander Sport from Matt Blatt in July 2020 (brand new) and my catalytic converter was recently stolen. When I called them to ask if I could have the car towed to them, they declined saying they would not feel comfortable with me doing that. But they were perfectly comfortable taking my money when I purchased the car. By the way, I did send an email to the manager there explaining this as well and as suspected, never received a response.
Great way to treat a customer. Needless to say I won't be back but it's likely that they don't even care. Added info - I did hear back from the GM today almost a month after I sent him an email regarding my situation. Even though I have moved on, I do appreciate that he finally reached out to me and apologized. For that reason, I am changing my rating.

Overall Fantastic customer experience - Rafael was an ACE and made my customer experience very pleasant and simple. Frank the Sales Manager, also went in great depth on the process review and I know have a much clearer understanding of the entire buying process. This dealership came highly recommended from my cousin who has lived here her whole life. I wouldn't have gone in otherwise. Just know from my experience it has been well worth it. I walked in today on a wing and a prayer. Not sure how everything will turn out in my specific situation however, Alex as wells Amanda in which I only spoke with over the phone were both very helpful and seems the whole team is. No high pressure, nothing at all that I have experienced in the past. Thanks again for you guys help.

I had been looking to trade in my car for a while and had my eyes set on the chevy colorado zr2. I stopped by Matt Blatt when I saw they had two on the lot to check them out. We were helped by Ryan who was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely the best experience I've had with a car salesman. I ended up getting my dream truck and drove off the lot feeling great!
