The westside Kia team is very good. I worked with Rick Hall. He is very patient, customer friendly. He knows everything about Kia cars (all models). He has told me the advantages of one over the other. He researches the market, the demand and knows about the latest auto loan interest that is going on in the industry. I was provided with all the details clearly. Buying car was the most easiest task here and I was able to get it done within 1 hour.
The finance team had all the papers ready and clearly explained me on everything. There were NO suggestions or pressure to take additional warranties unlike some other dealers who suggest those quoting an unfavorable scenarios and make us buy.
