Mitch Rubin went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of upon walking in and driving out. Mitch was thorough and patient. He answered all of my questions and followed up with me. He handled all of the paperwork and insurance thoroughly. I have never had such an easy, and pleasurable experience at another dealership. Thanks to Mitch I am the happy owner of a Chevy Trax. I will recommend Mitch at Bellavia to everyone.
Also Kevin Baca was amazing to work with and made an incredible effort to accommodate my needs. I also have to mention Scott in service. I was 20 minutes late for my oil change and he still accommodated me and got it finished so I didn't have to wait. I can't say enough good things about my Bellavia experience. Bought my first car from Bellavia in 2007, a beautiful Impala 200,000 miles I still have it(actually the best car I ever owned). Now I have my 2018 Tahoe, I absolutely love it. Before me, my dad bought all his cars there. Kevin Holdorf always took good care of us. Recently, I brought the Tahoe in for service and dealt with James Nam, James was fantastic in his professionalism, the way he explained everything to me and kept me in the loop during the time my truck was there. I highly recommended Bellavia.
