My experience here has probably been the best at any other dealership as a whole. It made the hour and 45 minute drive worth it! I recommend anyone wanting to look or buy a car set an appointment with Michael Colella! Michael Collela, the salesperson at Shrewsbury VW, provided the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. He was so accommodating and made the process as simple and easy as possible. Once I decided to move forward it was only a matter of a few phones calls & emails. All in the process took about 2-3 hours and I was on my way to pick up my new vehicle. In a time where car buying seems so treacherous and difficult I was shocked how easy and pleasant this process was. I would and will recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!
