Overall nice people on the phone. When it comes to recommendations and service, they don't diagnose. I made markers in the car to see if they bother removing plastic to look at parts, and they don't. There was a recall on a inverter pup on my car and they recommended $3000 repair to avoid doing the recall labor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The dealers are good at their job, and make themselves available for you and any questions you may have even after you purchase a car from them. It's the financial department you have to watch out for here. They "conveniently" forgot to apply the NYS Drive Clean Rebate, that they said they do honor (which I had mentioned the day prior to when I signed the paperwork). They also made no effort to get me a better interest rate despite my 800+ credit score. Yes, I should've put in the extra effort to double check that my rebate was applied, and to find my own loaner. However, you'd expect a little TLC with customer care when dealing with large sums of money.
