Everything about my experience with Faulkner was wonderful! They were kind, polite, and easy to work with. Very satisfied with service provided at the dealership. Brought my car in for a blown out tire and oil change. Had the pleasure of working with Nick in Service. Very attentive and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond and even called my tire and rim warranty service to make sure that I will be reimbursed for out of pocket tire expenses and submitted all the required paperwork. Thank you!

The professionalism was great. The purpose of making and apt was good. It was lots of people in the waiting area so your were limited to space distances. But they were moving people in out pretty good. I like the place so I will always come back there. Keep up the good work.

I am not one to post online but I want to acknowledge my recent buying experience in purchasing a Q50. I initially visited Faulkner several months ago to just inquire/test drive a Q50. The staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, answering all my question regarding pricing, incentives, trade-in and timing not knowing where if I was completely interested. Afterwards, I shopped around at other dealership to find the best deal and returned to Faulkner to buy.
By far, your sale staff made the overall experience pleasant for a guy that hates buying cars. Your Sales Associate even came in on his day off to accommodate the transaction since the snow was predicted on the planned sale date. Overall, I am positive with this sales experience.

Fantastic dealer. They treat you very well immediately as you walk through the door, during your stay and as you walk out the door. Straight shooters the whole time, they're looking to get you into a car, not to make a sale. Would highly recommend the dealer as a whole and specifically one of their Salesmen, Joe.
