I was very skeptical when coming in to buy a car because I had been searching for something accommodating for two months. I wasn't too keen to taking a car payment, however with a little elbow grease and some putting things into prospective, I ended up making that decision. I came in a bit early so the sale center was not yet open and I did not wait long until Maurice showed up ready to show me some cars and get me situated.
He was helpful throughout the process (especially when I started balling because lord knows I am a cryer). But he stuck it through the whole day and even stayed later so I could come back from work and sign all the paperwork. I appreciate his help with getting me set up and put the door

Worse customer service and sales representative Ive ever seen in my life. The sale representative has a very bad attitude, I do not know his name but his office is on your left hand side when you enter the dealership. I understand that there is an inflation and no new cars available in market like before the pandamic but they still have to communicate with customers in a respectful way. they are not donating the cars but We are buying a car with our money So they must have a better attitude.

Everyone friendly and helpful from a personal call the night before the scheduled appointment, through on-time hand-off at check-in, discussion with service advisor Brian, message plus a personal call to say when the job was completed, and efficient, pleasant agent at check-out.
