This rating is for the service department. It took them over 6 hours for a recall fix and oil change. We needed our car and all they could say was we're sorry. We took it at 8 am and were first in line because we knew we would need it later. We told them when we made the appt and again when we dropped it off. Sorry did NOT help us.

Returned my vehicle with low coolant amount, even though paperwork said fluids were topped off. The coolant light came on within 5 minutes of leaving the lot. I also feel that they did all they could to find a way out of replacing my heater core, which was covered under the TDI warranty. The get 3/5 rather than 1/5 because the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and courteous. Overall, not overly impressed with the work due to the items noted above.

Wallace VW has been a positive experience. We negotiated with local Colorado dealers, but found Wallace to be very price competitive, trusting & hassle-free. Being out-of-state, we had a favorable sales experience with Michael "Whitewater" Chambers. He was informative, patient, an effective communicator and able to coordinate the car selection, purchase & delivery. No regrets and would recommend to both family & friends.
